You will need to register your new mobile device to your 2FA account before you can access the platform.


If you still have access to your old mobile device, use this to log in to Skreen at https://watch-skreen.eikongroup.io/login/account. After logging in, select Manage Account:



From here, select Reset authenticator app to reset your credentials:


 

You will then be asked to register your new mobile device.


Alternatively, if you sync your old and new devices, you should have the option to transfer your 2FA account from your old device to your new one.  Please consult your device manufacturer for more information on this.


If you no longer have access to your old mobile device or it has been lost or stolen, please contact us at skreen.support@eikon.group and we will reset your account in order for you to set up your new device.
