Skreen playlist access codes are generated automatically, using a combination of upper-case characters, lower-case characters and numbers. It is highly recommended that you copy and paste the access code from the email directly into the access code box.
Try copying the access code again, ensuring only the relevant characters are highlighted. Make sure there are no spaces present. Paste the access code into the box and click Access Playlist.
Please also check that the playlist link itself does not have any spaces present within it.
